The current interest rates all the way to the 30-year treasury yields are low. Therefore, when the US government borrows money, it is borrowing money at lower than expected inflation rates. The people who are loaning the government money are paying the government.

The states that cut unemployment payments haven’t seen a greater increase in employment than the states that didn't cut them. The best increase in employment has been seen in the states which didn’t cut unemployment payments, which makes no sense, but that is reality.
